How do we know it's worth the investment?

What does it cost to get started?
Intern (Thor) costs right now €95/month. For Trial and Full-time, we always provide a transparent quote based on your scope and needs – before you decide.
How does pricing work for Trial?
You pay a setup cost for customization and configuration, plus an ongoing monthly cost. The exact price depends on which digital employee you activate and how deep the integration goes. We go through it together before you make a decision.
Does Gaide work for larger companies?
Yes. Our platform is built to scale – from smaller teams to organization-wide implementations. For larger organizations, we offer dedicated project management, SSO integration, and custom security solutions.
Are there hidden fees?
No. The Intern price includes everything you need to get started. For Trial and Full-time, we always provide a transparent quote upfront.
What happens if we want to cancel?
1 month notice period. You get all your data exported, then it's deleted.
Can we upgrade later?
Yes, you can scale at your own pace. Most start with Intern and scale up when they see results.
What happens if we exceed the usage limit?
We notify you beforehand. No unexpected costs. If you grow significantly, we discuss a custom solution.
How does this compare to hiring staff?
A digital employee costs a fraction of a full-time hire and works around the clock without vacation. But – they don't replace staff, they relieve them so your people can focus on what's valuable.
