All data is stored on secure servers within the EU. We use encryption at every layer and follow industry standards for data security. We never share personal data with third parties without your consent, except when required by law.
5. Retention Period
We retain personal data for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, or as long as required by law. Contact form data is deleted after 24 months if no customer relationship is established.

7. Third-Party Providers
We use the following third-party providers that may process personal data on our behalf:
- Google Analytics: Anonymized visitor statistics (see cookie policy).
8. Customer Data on the Gaide Platform
Data that customers upload to the Gaide platform (documents, knowledge bases, etc.) is processed in accordance with our Data Processing Agreement (DPA). This data is stored in Stockholm, Sweden, is never shared with third parties, and is never used to train AI models. Upon termination of service, all data is exported and deleted.

1. General
These terms apply to the use of gaide.ai and services provided by Gaide.ai AB (reg. no. 559552-7689). By using the website or our services, you accept these terms.
2. Services
Gaide provides AI-based digital employees for B2B companies. The service includes access to the Gaide platform, digital employees (Thor, Saga, Freja, Siv), and related support.
3. Data Ownership
You own all data, documents, and content that you upload to the platform. Gaide has no right to use your data for purposes other than providing the service. Upon termination of service, you have the right to export all your data.
4. Pricing and Payment
Current prices are shown on our pricing page and/or in a separate agreement. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Payment is made monthly in advance.
5. Notice Period
All services have a 1-month notice period. No lock-in. Upon cancellation, all data is exported and deleted within 30 days.
6. Limitation of Liability
Gaide is not responsible for damages arising from the use of AI-generated responses. The user is always responsible for verifying information and making their own decisions based on AI assistant responses. Gaide is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss beyond what is specified in any separate agreement.
7. AI and Accuracy
Our digital employees respond based on sources you have approved and always provide source references. Despite this, AI responses may contain inaccuracies. Responses should always be verified for business-critical decisions.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered customers at least 30 days before they take effect.
9. Governing Law
Swedish law applies. Disputes shall be settled by Swedish courts with Stockholm District Court as the court of first instance.
