Where is our data stored?
All data is stored in Stockholm, Sweden. All processing happens within the EU – your information never leaves European soil.
Is the AI trained on our data?
No. Your data stays with you and is never used to train public models. It's never shared with third parties.
Does Gaide comply with GDPR and EU AI Act?
Yes, full compliance. We offer Data Processing Agreements (DPA) as standard and continuously adapt to new regulations.
Can the AI "hallucinate" or make up answers?
Our assistants only answer based on your approved sources. If they don't find the answer, they say so – instead of guessing. All answers include source references.
Who has access to our data?
Only you and authorized Gaide personnel during implementation. Your data is never shared with AI providers or third parties.
Who owns the knowledge we build up?
You do. All knowledge belongs to your company. If you leave Gaide, you can export everything.
What happens if we cancel?
You get all your data exported. Then it's permanently deleted from our systems.
How do you prevent incorrect answers?
The assistant only answers based on your approved sources and always provides source references. If it doesn't find the answer, it says so – instead of guessing.
What security certifications do you have?
We use established cloud providers (Google Cloud, AWS) with data centers within the EU and follow industry standards for encryption and access control. For enterprise customers, we offer detailed security documentation.
Can larger organizations get dedicated environments?
Yes. For enterprise, we offer SSO/SAML integration, custom access levels, dedicated environments, and compliance documentation for procurement.
